Jim McDermott, Dwain Clifford, and Ciaran Connelly defended Johnson & Johnson, McNeil-PPC, Inc., and McNeil Healthcare, LLC (collectively Johnson & Johnson) in a $20 million lawsuit by the State of Oregon for alleged violations of Oregon’s Unfair Trade Practices Act.

MWCC represents the Toy Association in challenging provisions of the Oregon Toxic-Free Kids Act that conflict with provisions of the Federal Hazardous Substances Act and the Consumer Product Safety Act.
