Melissa Snapp joined MWCC after working as a paralegal at the Greenspoon Marder and Andor Law firms. Prior to working in private practice, Ms. Snapp served as a paralegal for the Department of Human Services (Child Welfare), where she worked closely with branch managers, caseworkers, and DOJ Assistant Attorneys General. Before moving to Oregon in 2018, Ms. Snapp had obtained her Masters of Arts in Teaching and her New York Public School Teacher Certification, teaching English language arts for grades 7–12. Melissa Snapp began her legal career in 2000, working for a small general practice firm in New York.

Ms. Snapp is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), National Federation of Paralegal Associations (NFPA), and Oregon Paralegal Association (OPA). She is recognized as a certified paralegal by the OPA.
